Many of you asked me how I edit my images and which filters I use for my photos and now I decided to publish about it. Hopefully you like this kind of contribution on the blog, I rarely love to post about my outfits and photography, beside my new category "street styles" which I will post once a month I am going to add like I already mentioned my upcoming Youtube channel at the end of January. Most of the time I use Photoscape for all the filters. The program is completely free. I downloaded it at CHIP online. I will show you a few settings I use from time to time for my imagery incase you are interested to read about it. Please leave comments and let me know if you want more posts about filters or other image or blog tutorials. So, you are looking at one of my favorite photos which I took in south france. This is the original image above and now I am going to introduce you to one of my personal filters I love using to make the photos more artistic and unique.
Can you see the difference? I am naming the sequence right now:
Step 1: Go on Filter, choose "Film Effect" and Cross Process - Middle. Step 2: Click on Bright, Color and brighten up the image for 5 %, just use the bar for it. Step 3: Click on Bright, Color again and choose the setting "Color Balance", you can also summon the setting with pressing Ctrl - B on your keyboard. Then you pull the bar to the right side "red" and stop at 5 - 8 %! And you are done with the filter. You can ask me anything and I will try to reply as soon as possible. Reminder, readers can you please vote for my look? You don´t need to make an Fashiolista account, you can also log in with your Facebook profile. Just follow this link HERE and leave your heart for the NYFW contest in cooperation with Fashiolista and MissKL. Merci!

I really like this post and the idea to help some people with all these effects :)

DeleteMy personal favorite is Cinema and the Agfa one. But the greenish shade of the Cross process is insanely good for city photography. I acutally prefer Photoshop though, but Photo scape has such nice and simple functions for non.professionals to start off.
